Return Eligibility

- You received the wrong product.
- The item is unused and in its original condition and packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

- Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling.
- Customized or personalized products.
- Products returned after the 5-day return period.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.
If approved:
- Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
- The refund will be issued through the original payment method whenever possible.
Return Shipping
- If the return is due to our mistake (wrong or damaged item), we will cover the return shipping costs.
- For all other eligible returns, the customer may be responsible for return shipping charges.
Exchanges
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we will gladly provide a replacement, subject to product availability.
